Energizer's Be Safe Be Seen campaign is aimed at giving you helpful advice on how to keep the whole family safe when they are out and about this winter.
When the clocks go back, it's great to have an extra hour in bed but it also means that it gets dark when we are leaving work or school. Lots of things that we have been used to doing when it's light, now have to be done in the dark and we must all take extra care.
